The Leadership Institute, seeks to develop a new vision of leadership for the 21st century based upon the advancement and refinement of character, and the development of essential “life skills.” By discovering a higher sense of purpose in our personal and professional lives individuals can learn to transform destructive mental and emotional habits that lock people into habituated negative patterns into empowering new ways of seeing the world and themselves.
The underlying principles guiding The Leadership Institute are dynamic civic, social and ethical ideals that, in effect translate into a heightened sense of purpose, clarity of mind, renewed professional commitment and overall sense of meaningfulness and well being in our personal and professional lives.
The Leadership Institute begins with the individual yet employs the context of group, community and team as the focus and ground for self improvement and professional achievement to flourish.
Participants in the training are guided towards the realization that purpose, skill and professional achievement arise from interdependence, imaginative creativity, and practice within a network of valued relationships.
