Lead Teacher and Co-Chair of Children First Research Initiative: A research study on the bottom third of school to determine specifics needs and problems with students who were at risk academically or emotionally.

PAN Inquiry Action Research Project: Lead inquiry and research into school practice and instructional strategy using AFL or Assessment for Learning techniques; coordinated and planned all professional development for school and mentoring new teachers.

Project Manager: Collected, supervised and reviewed data collection of AFL PAN action research study for CFN Network 406 under Cristina Jimenez; Involved collecting all data from 14 schools regarding the implementation of AFL strategies in the classroom. Involved collecting teacher logs, students surveys, teacher surveys, unit planning and set up meetings for final review and assessment of use of AFL strategies in the classroom. Prepared and submitted all data in Excel spread sheet.
